Veneers are used to repair chipped, decayed, or stained teeth, and close gaps. Veneers are generally used for improving the appearance of teeth. The procedure consists of two appointments.
During the first appointment the tooth is reduced (made smaller) to allow for the veneers to sit flat with the surrounding teeth and gum tissues. Several impressions are taken to fabricate the temporary and final veneers. Approximately two weeks following your first appointment, you will be scheduled for a return visit to have the final veneers cemented.
